Aufgabenbereich:

Can you crunch numbers like no-one else and are you great at communicating the insights behind them? Use your skills in this newly established position where you link sales reports, financial reports and drivers to understand the implications across markets. Enable decision-making through great reporting You will join the Global Business Intelligence team of 5 in a new role where your reports bridge the global financial performance with our sales performance to secure a strong foundation for decision-making in Corporate Finance and throughout our business. You will conduct comparative analyses from a financial perspective and: Perform global reporting tasks on sales performance and support global core processes related to the sales performance reporting Prepare analyses on sales performance, supporting both Strategic Finance and Corporate Reporting functions Communicate insights and conclusions across the organisation and support business critical processes linked to performance tracking Develop documentation and train global users in the reporting system Serve as the go-to person and functional expert on our performance reporting solution Support quarterly financial analysis of our key competitors Connected community In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will connect the strategic sales and financial dots in order to drive our development and help us deliver LEGO Bricks to all children across the globe. To meet with stakeholders, participate in a network, etc., you will be travelling 10-15 days per year. And this job is more than Excel, it is content and insights that will give you a deep insight into - and thorough understanding of - our global processes which play a significant role in enabling our mission of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. Business Analyst who is ready for the next level The challenge in this position is to bridge 2 data sets that we have not previously linked and analysed. This requires a strong knowledge of the overall decision-making process as well as the ability to balance a holistic perspective with knowing that details are the key to strong insights and conclusions. To deliver, you: Have 1-3 years experience as Business Controller or another position giving you a solid financial understanding, e.g. as a Sales Analyst, combined with a Master in an economics or a business field Have a track record from a large international company (ideally the LEGO Group), making you comfortable in searching for answers and reaching out for support or help Must be proficient in English and Excel and any experience with SAP BW is an advantage Have cultural sensitivity, a collaborative mind-set and great networking skills Are a strong communicator who easily can convey a message to a diverse target audience across the organisation Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
