JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sewell Moorhouse are looking for someone with recent accounts/purchase ledger experience to join a successful Purchase Ledger team in Sheffield. Based in Sheffield City Centre this fantastic opportunity also offers study support and access to great benefits. Duties include- Prepare journals for large purchase ledger accounts Assist in the preparation of the purchase ledger runs Assist in the preparation of the expense runs Assist in preparing information required for external companies Allocate payments Reconcile statements Ensure purchase orders are raised correctly within timescales Monitor all relevant inboxes Deal with any supplier queries Record all invoices and credit notes Request copy invoices and credit notes
