Required education: Essential:
At least 2 years recent experience in an e-commerce role with responsibilities for analysing and driving sales growth.
Disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, link generation, online PR, SEO, offline marketing and PR, affiliate programmes, etc)
Order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
Experience in using packages like Dreamweaver, Google Drive, Google Analytics; Microsoft suite such as Word and Excel; and Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Knowledge of CSS and HTML
Ability to work in a busy team and still be self-motivating
5 GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above
Passionate about growing an e-commerce website
Disireable:
Multimedia or digital marketing qualification
Managing third party marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay
Experience of social media management and advertising
Blogging / vlogging

JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB DUTIES : The position will be based in our Ballymoney Head Office and will include having full responsibility for driving the overall online strategy as well as managing the day to day execution of the online presence of our pet store. Typically as a small business, this position covers a broad range of responsibilities and is perfect for someone who is result driven, passionate and ultimately can set out the vision to drive forward not only our online sales but increase the footfall to our flagship store. Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions) Work with in-house and off-site teams to build traffic & sales via the website Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website Create email marketing campaigns and monthly promotional banners Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them Content copywriting OTHER INFO : None.
