JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Test Trade & Regulatory Reporting Analyst’s prime duties will to be to execute the designed trades for each part of the system/function and also initiate the E2E Golden Trades as designed and defined. The TTRD will also assist in the design of the Golden Trades as part of the team. The main focus will be to ensure that all trades are successfully processed to the correct outcome. The TTRA will work closely with the BA’s for each function to gain and understanding of the E2E process of the Programme. In addition the TTRR will become the main focus for the production of the Regulatory Reporting Test that will be required for the Programme. This will mean working closely with the business, reg and compliance functions of the bank. The ability to pull these specialists together to form the larger plan for the Reg Reporting Testing. This is an exceedingly important area of the delivery and will require someone of high detail. The TTRR Analyst will be responsible for the development and production of the Regulatory Reporting Plan that comprises the back end of the test activities for the Programme and identifying the resources required and reporting on progress. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on a brand new business area at the forefront of Equity Swaps Reporting into the Head of QAT in London, the candidate must have strong experience of working on global cross functional systems and have worked in an End-to-End Investment Banking role. The candidate must be comfortable working with all areas in the business and have a background in Derivatives, FX and equity swaps domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of the Technical System Stack for the Programme. Some travel may be required. 2. Duties - • Understand the E2E Process Flow of the EC Programme • Create and Deliver the Regulatory Testing Plan and work with the BA’s • Execute Tests and manage defects and their resolutions • Work with the BA’s on the Programme to establish Reg Reporting Priorities • Work as part of the Global QAT Team and the wider Programme Team • Understand and comprehend all data interface types. • Report to the Head of QAT 3. Essential knowledge/experience - • Must have experience of Derivatives’ or equity swaps (TRS required/Portfolio Swap desirable). • Experience of regulatory reporting projects (MiFID/EMIR/Dodd Frank, Volker) • Bachelor degree required, preferably in Computer science, Mathematics, Finance or Technology • minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Test Environment analyst in an investment bank; • exposure to relational databases and able to use SQL to aid their analysis; • comfortable communicating with business and IT • Regulatory Reporting and/or Compliance background • Test Execution in a complex environment • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building • QC/ALM11 skills in Defect Reporting • Ability to work under pressure Desirable • Knowledge of the MiFID II requirements • Regulatory Reporting • Experience with business analysis techniques • Experience working in Prime Brokerage If you match these requirements please apply in the normal way.
