WB251 Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Technical Customer Services Engineer by a leading manufacturer within the home ware / furnishings sector.  The company manufactures and distributes items to its customer base across the UK and is looking to recruit a technically minded Customer Services candidate to support its UK operation. Working closely with the small technical team you will be responsible for: Dealing with complaints and warranty issues from end-users, retailers and wholesalers via e-mail and telephone Resolving technical problems with end-users and professional fitters via e-mail and telephone Product Approval Artwork Approval Liaison with customers, suppliers and colleagues on New Product development Visits to customers, suppliers and end-users when required to resolve technical issues Carrying out Product Audits Identifying product improvement opportunities Identifying value engineering opportunities As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience Previous experience in a Customer facing, fast-paced environment (although this isn’t high volume call centre work) Analytical and problem solving skills A good standard of written and verbal English A professional telephone manner Good DIY skills The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leading business in a very varied customer service role.   This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/JobSeeking/Technical-Customer-Services-Engineer_job63482967.
