JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bespoke Health & Social Care is a leading, specialist provider of complex care staffing services to individuals throughout the UK. We support adults & children who have either a spinal injury, acquired brain injury or other long-term physical disabilities. We are looking for a complex care support worker to join an established team supporting a young male with a 9yr old son living independently in the community. He has an acquired brain injury and a high lesion spinal injury with associated conditions. You will be required to support with all activities of daily living including bowel, catheter and skin integrity management, management of autonomic dysreflexia, passive movements and stretches, using a sleep system, diet, personal care and social and emotional support. You are required to have a minimum of six months experience supporting clients in the community with complex health needs, and a positive, supportive outlook. Applicants must be self-motivated and able to demonstrate the ability to provide high standards of care to meet the needs of our clients. In order to register with Bespoke, you will be required to meet our strict compliance standards, including satisfactory employment references and a DBS check.
