Responsible To Locality Manager Key Responsibilities Support workers are responsible for ensuring that people receive the very best standards of support. Working as part of a team, you will be required to also meet the Social and emotional needs of the individuals you support, using Person Centred Planning approaches to enable each person to enjoy a quality of life and develop skills and independence. It is important for the people we support to be involved in social activities. You would enable individuals to undertake community based activities; attending clubs, visiting places of their choice, shopping etc. Skills & Experience Previous experience/qualifications are not necessary as full training is provided. Qualifications Health and Social Care qualifications are desirable but not essential.
