JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for enthusiastic staff nurses to work in our new purpose built working age adult mental health units in Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford . Candidates must be qualified and hold NMC Registration. As a Trust we want staff, Carers and Patients to recommend us as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated you can help us, by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to Surrey and Borders. In return we will be offering ongoing training and support, plus an annual development review and regular supervision. The units cater for people who are acutely mentally ill who have a range of diverse and sometimes challenging difficulties. Standard shift pattern consists of 12 hours from 8.00 - 8.00 and covering both days and nights. We are looking for people who are highly motivated and able to demonstrate good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well within a team. Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
