Job Title: Senior Care & Support Worker Location: Christchurch Contract: Permanent – Full time Salary: £7.60 rising to £8.03 after six months and £9.00 on completion of QCF L3 About the role We are looking for a Senior Care & Support Worker to join our service in Christchurch, where you’ll have a varied and rewarding role which allows you to use a variety of skills. You will work within one of our supported living services, assisting the people we support to realise their full potential and lead an independent life. This will include leading a team of Support Workers, completing personal care, supporting with cooking and cleaning, following care plans, accessing the community, social activities, and day trips. About you Voyage Care will fully invest in you, your training and development. What matters to us is your approach and attitude – passion, dedication, and empathy are all important. We need you to be ready to lead a team, be resilient and able to work under pressure, make decisions independently and demonstrate confidence at all times. We need you to be fully flexible to meet the needs of our shifts which can include working early and late, nights and weekends as required. It is desirable that you hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. You will hold a QCF L2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
