Scheduler - Hertfordshire - £22,000 - £25,000 + Benefits My high profile client is currently recruiting for an Scheduler to assist in the Field Service Engineering department by carrying out daily tasks in accordance with service level agreements with my clients customers. The successful Scheduler s day to day tasks will include "Co-ordinating, managing and creating schedules for a team of Field Engineers "Providing reports to management on scheduling and engineer performance "Monitoring Field Engineers to ensure daily productivity is maximised "Reporting absences and holiday requests to the Engineering Management Team "Direct incoming enquiries and allocating them to the correct department/person "Ensuring the Field Service Engineers have completed all required paperwork "Identifying when maintenance works are due and arranging appropriate Field Service Engineer resource to carry out any work required "Diary management of all Field Engineers "Keeping the database accurate and up to date.
