JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to recruit a part time Sales Assistant to provide an attentive and efficient service to all customers, carry out all duties as instructed by senior management accurately, adhering to company systems. To take a proactive role in promoting all the services provided by Cash Generator. To achieve and maximise agreed sales, renewals and cancellation fee targets whilst maintaining and enhancing the company’s image. Responsibilities • To provide excellent customer service by providing and continuously developing product knowledge, enabling the ability to demonstrate merchandise whilst recognising selling opportunities and link sales. • Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping throughout the store, to sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in a professional manner. • Assist in planning and implementing promotional strategy and activities. • Manage cash systems, ensuring that all monies are counted and processed through the EPOS Z system report, reporting any discrepancy to the store manager. • The ability to adhere to company policies and procedure, which includes Health and Safety, cash handling, administration, stock procedures and security. • The ability to evaluate information and make decisions accordingly, whilst demonstrating initiative as required.
