JOB DESCRIPTION:

Adecco in Kings Cross are currently looking for a part time Handyman. This role is working 12 hours per week (4 working days, 3 hours each) within a private holiday apartment block. As a handyman your role will be to provide a high standard of maintenance and the effective operation of facilities. The ideal candidate will: * Have experience in a similar maintenance role ideally in the hospitality industry * Plan preventative maintenance * Ensure the property is a safe environment to work within and is kept well maintained within the building and surrounding property * Make sure that rooms and all other areas of the hotel are to be kept to a high standard of appearance * Monitor stock movement ensuring stock security and minimum wastage * Develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met * Possess good communication skills and have the ability to work both in a team and on your own If you are interested in this role please submit your CV ASAP!
