JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in Leicester is looking for a part-time Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Role Purpose and Objectives Provide support to one regulated mortgage advisor by ensuring all client mortgage and protection files contain correct and accurate information and are completed in a timely manner to a compliant standard. Day to Day Activities *Managing client database *Update client files with notes and highlight omissions and shortfalls in records as appropriate *Contact product providers to chase outstanding requirements *General administrative duties such as answering the phone, scanning, photocopying, diary management etc. Requirements *Previous experience within a mortgage administration role *Formal mortgage qualifications would be an advantage The individual needs to be: *Organised *Pro-active *Able to work under own steam *Diligent *Confident phone manner *Trustworthy *Industry knowledge The role also has the potential for extra earnings.
