Our financial services client are currently seeking a number of Advisors to work within their Sunderland based contact centre. Working within an inbound environment, you will be responsible for taking new business calls, following up on enquiries and processing customer data accurately. Successful candidates will have: - Previous customer service experience - Excellent telephone manner - Accurate data entry skills - Good IT literacy You must be available to work flexible shifts including up to 10pm and weekends.
