JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working within the Quality Improvement Unit supporting Mental Health Services you will contribute to the implementation of key national and local improvement initiatives that improve patient care. Facilitating the processes to support clinical teams to explore issues diagnose problems and develop and test solutions that result in sustainable improvment. You will be required to analyse and present data in ways that support staff to understand improve and manager their systems and processes. You must be a registered Mental Health Nurse or a Health Care Professional with NMC or HCPC registration and possess a relevant post registration degree. You must also have excellent interpersonal and proven improvement skills working within the SPSP Mental Health workstream with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve new ways of working. Experience of project facilitating change in clinical practice is also essential. Car owner / driver is essential. Hours of duty: 22.50 per week. This is a fixed term / secondment opportunity until 30 September 2017. Interviews for this post will be held on Friday 01 April 2016.
