Helpdesk Engineer North West London Permanent - 37 hours per week Salary - £25k - £35k + bonus + benefits Helpdesk Engineer - A long established and successful defence engineering company are looking to recruit a 1st class Helpdesk Engineer to support and maintain in-house computer systems and desktops. You will be supporting 300+ users across three sites via a helpdesk system. Helpdesk Engineer - Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing long term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future desktop hardware needs - Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removal - Locally and remotely diagnose and fix a users issues. - TRAVEL BETWEEN THREE SITES IN Cambridge and North West London Helpdesk Engineer - Skills and Experience - Degree qualified in computer science or a related discipline - Certifications in MCSE or working towards - Technical knowledge of network principals and PC hardware systems In return we can offer a competitive salary plus the opportunity to join a company going from strength to strength in their industry.
