JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coundon Manor is a purpose built care home, situated in Coventry. Designed specifically to meet the needs of older people requiring nursing or specialist dementia care, Coundon Manor provides a modern and supportive environment. The quality and appearance of our services create the first impression for residents and their families and our teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings and gardens to the highest possible standards. As a Handyman / Gardener, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this by working hard to maintain the fixtures and fittings of our buildings. As well as undertaking regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures and fittings, you will also carry out the completion of routine and unplanned maintenance operations, ensuring minimal disruption to the service and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations. You will ensure that the gardens are kept tidy and well maintained.
