JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client is looking to hire a graduate to work for them as a Technical Support Analyst. This role is ideally suited to a graduate from a Computer Science background who is keen to work in a customer focussed environment rather than becoming a Software Engineer. The role will involve elements of working with code but not in a development sense. You will be working in a busy team environment resolving customer issues using analytical and coding skills. You will need to be highly motivated, proactive and a keen problem solver! The company offers excellent long term career progression and a superb benefits package. Requirements: You need to have a customer focus, evidenced by some customer services experience. You should have a Computer Science degree, or a degree with a large element of computing to it.
