JOB DESCRIPTION:

IMMEDIATE STARTS Food Production Operatives, Harrogate, Good rate of pay plus shift bonus, Sunday : Thursday, 22:00 : 06:00, Night shifts, Free parking, Manufacturing, Immediate start Due to the location, own transport is required. Due to increased demand, my well established client based just outside Harrogate is currently recruiting for food production operatives / manufacturing operatives. You will ideally have some experience within food production or manufacturing. Knowledge of food hygiene is a must. You will be trained on the food production processes within the manufacturing facility and you will be expected to work in an efficient, safe and effective manner to assist the team in meeting its production targets. This is a varied role but could also be described as repetitive. Duties for the food production / manufacturing role will change and increase. Responsibilities could include: production line work, quality assurance, packing, hygiene and cleaning, production paperwork, weighing out, maintenance support and the attendance of regular production meetings. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday 22:00 : 06:00. There is a free on site car park. The rate of pay is GBP6.53 per hour plus GBP18 per shift. Based on a 40 hour week including the shift bonus, your pay rate works out at GBP8.78. This is a great rate of pay for food production / manufacturing. This is a temporary role however could leave to permanent employment for the right candidate.
