JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Role: OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator in Central Bristol, on a 2-3 month temporary contract. This is a hands-on proactive Administrator role: Fleet administration, taking vehicle orders creating job cards creating job cards and spreadsheets to control production, updating systems and booking transport for completed vehicles to be delivered Responsible for ordering number plates and other consumables required for the above Responsible for ordering and issuing uniform to workforce Responsible for maintaining T&A and wages information to be sent to payroll Covering the main telephone line answering calls from dealers and directing throughout the depot.
