This is a fantastic opportunity to join the expanding Leadership & Advisory Services Division of a leading educational specialist recruitment agency. ITN Mark Education specialises in recruiting headteachers, teachers, SEN specialists, nursery and support staff into schools across the UK. As one of the UK s largest education recruitment companies we pride ourselves on providing a unique quality of service to schools. Location: flexible. The role involves responsibility for the placement of permanent school leaders within schools across the Midlands. This role will suit either; a successful education recruiter who enjoys permanent recruitment, or someone with a successful track record in Executive Search and Selection, and would like a new challenge. It is a varied and interesting role incorporating sourcing and interviewing School Leaders and visiting schools. Successful recruitment consultants will have: * A genuine passion for education * Recruitment experience (preferably at leadership level) * Proven track record in temporary or permanent recruitment (education sector desirable, but not essential) * Self Motivation * Outstanding negotiation skills * The ability to build solid relationships * Ability to effectively sell and market yourself and your candidates * Excellent communication skills * A highly organised approach * A desire to make a difference Duties/Responsibilities Include: * Carry out detailed headteacher interviews * Carry out well planned sales calls and client visits * Research prospect schools and make telephone calls to establish needs and obtain an appointment to visit * Negotiate with clients and candidates * Write effective adverts for websites and generate E-shots * Interviewing candidates face to face effectively establishing their key strengths * Matching candidates skills and attributes to clients job specifications * Deliver end to end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations * Conduct regular formalised reviews with key clients, taking action upon feedback, offering innovative solutions, and constantly seeking to improve our service * Develop a strong knowledge of our client and candidate database, maintain constant updates,and ensure compliance with data entry requirements Benefits of working through ITN Mark Education: * Job satisfaction - making a real difference to our partner schools * Uncapped generous bonus structure * Competitive salary * Training and support from successful headteachers * Autonomy over your own business * Eligible to participate in incentive schemes * Ongoing professional development * Great working hours * Private healthcare scheme If you are driven, motivated and have a passion to make a difference, please apply with your CV ITN Mark Education is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
