Customer Services Advisor Bath Salary: GBP18,000:GBP21,000 Our client is a leading organisation in the Wealth Management industry based in central Bath. They enable Financial Advisers to trade client investment portfolios and currently have over GBP6 billion Assets Under Management. An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone to establish themselves in this growing industry by joining the business within their Front Office team as a Customer Services Advisor The purpose of the role is to provide a high level of service to IFAs and High Net Worth clients over the telephone with regards to their investment products such as Stocks, Shares, Bonds and Pensions. Key Responsibilities: Provide information and updates on clients investment products Take ownership of queries from start to finish using your initiative and customer service skills Pro:actively seek ways to improve the service for our clients Process client transactions and enquiries accurately and in a timely manner Identifying customer complaints and taking ownership of them through to resolution in accordance with the complaint handling procedure Required knowledge, skills and experience: Experience within Customer Services ideally from within Financial Services but this is not essential Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with clients and customers over the telephone This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organisation that will provide long term training and development potential
