JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manpower are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors for their client based in Rugby. You will provide an exceptional customer experience, handling both inbound and outbound calls and dealing with queries in a proactive manner. This is initially on an interim basis and will be made permanent for the right candidate. Candidates will be self-motivated and driven to deliver excellence in customer service and thrive on the buzz of a call centre environment. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as previous experience in a customer contact role. We will need you to have worked with PC systems and have a proven track record of achieving targets. In return for your hard work and commitment, we ll give you all the rewards and recognition you deserve, along with access to the training required to develop you. The following skills will be required: *Excellent communication skills *Listening skills *Ability to be empathetic *Strong IT skills *Task management The right candidate will need to be flexible from 7am - 8pm and the working hours are Monday to Saturday working on a 4 week rota that will be given in advance. The rate of pay is £7.00 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis for the right candidate.
