JOB DESCRIPTION:

Credit Controller required for an exciting permanent position working for an established business based in Cannock. You will be responsible for managing your own ledger of clients from start to finish. Your duties will include chasing a range of customers for payments, resolving queries, reconciling accounts and reporting on aged debt. You will liaise with other departments when necessary to resolve queries to ensure prompt payment. My client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller who is able to join the team and hit the ground running. You must have excellent communication skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a proven track record in cash collection. Experience of chasing business debt is essential.
