With the ability and desire to work in a standalone finance position, providing both a hands on and strategic service to the rest of the business, you will support the CEO and become an instrumental part of the management team. Taking ownership for all aspects of the finance function from accounts processing, management and financial accounting, to consolidation of accounts, expenses and VAT, your role will bring plenty of variety. This organisation relies upon accurate and timely management information to make the best possible strategic and commercial decisions. Therefore it is essential that you have a strong ability to interpret and analyse financial information quickly and concisely, incorporating not only the accounts, but also wider KPIs. Being autonomous, hard working, confident and having the ability to communicate are all necessary attributes that you will need to demonstrate if you are to be successful. Whilst experience and personality are the most important qualities, those with a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) would be desirable, as would someone who has worked in the professional services sector with exposure to reporting and analysis work. 34000.0000 Speciality: Finance Manager.
