Operations Manager Full time, permanent Salary bracket up to £35,000 Monday - Thursday, 10.30 - 7.30 Friday 9.30 - 4.30 We are recruiting for a full time, permanent operations role, working for a progressive, forward thinking, local company. The role of Operations Manager will include: Managing a department of up to 80 Sales Agents and 5 Team Leaders Leading, coaching and developing the team to exceed in their performance Putting in place development plans and setting timescales to make sure goals are successfully achieved Ensuring not only department KPIs are met but, ensuring the SLAs are hit within the agreed timescales Communicating directly with the client Constant communication with the team through meetings and 1:2:1s Managing the department s budget A thorough understanding of HR practices You will ideally come from an outbound, outsourcing background, you will be familiar with working for a successful outsourcing company and have experience of dealing with major clients directly including: conducting site meetings, presenting figures in line with the agreed SLA s and answering any questions around this. You will also have a proven track record in performance management, coaching and have the ability to work together with senior management.
