innish Market Research Customer Support Representative (m/f) Your role: As Market Research Customer Support Representative your mission will be to provide technical and customer support to customers of our client. Our Client Our client is a leading global company, collecting information and measurement data. Responsibility Support research activities by giving technical advice and identifying customer needs; Working to deliver answers in suitable response times while offering the highest possible service; Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve our team targets. Your Profile Fluency in written and spoken Finnish (C2 level mandatory); Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level mandatory); Good computer and typing skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Great team spirit; Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus; Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office and common internet applications; Availability to work between 7h00 and 18h00, with rotating shift schedule (40-hour work week).
