Night Club - Bars Complex Manager.A suburban Hotel with large Night Club and Bar facilities requires an experienced Night Club/Bar Complex Manager The successful candidate will have recent previous experience for at least 3 years of a similar position. They will be responsible for ALL aspects of the Complex including promotion, advertising, staffing, planning and organisational requirements. They will be reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager and the Directors. Please do not apply if you do not have the above minimum requirements and/or require a work permit
