JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have recently registered a fantastic temporary Operations Coordinator vacancy working with our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of innovative products. Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual to take on this long term role, covering aspects of customer service, administration and logistics. The successful applicant will ensure the smooth running of the operations activities for the company and its European Partners; this will involve answering queries and dealing with distribution. As temporary operations coordinator you will provide support and assistance to buyers, proactively gathering information and seeking ways to assist these important contacts. To be successful in this role you will be professional, friendly and have good business acumen whilst being committed to this leading organisation. Your main responsibilities will include: * Handling queries and processing orders * Updating price lists and spreadsheets * Processing product returns * General administration * Preparation of product launches Amongst other duties you will be responsible for processing orders received by e-mail, fax and post, providing a high-quality point of contact for all customer queries and ensuring that excellent relationships are maintained and developed with internal and external customers at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer services or within an operations capacity. You will be able to problem solve effectively and will have a flexible approach to your work and be able to hit the ground running. Strong IT and MS Office skills are essential for this role.
