JOB DESCRIPTION:
OUR CLIENT is an established specialist bakery business working to BRC standards and supplying a wide range of clients including multiple retailers. THE ROLE is focused on managing all the Technical aspects of the business and will report into the Managing Director: * Drive technical standards to ensure continued conformance to maintain and upgrade BRC standards that are critical to this business. * Manage and enforce HACCP standards * Develop Quality Management systems * Educate staff and peers on technical matters * Work with NPD on Regulatory matters including labeling etc THE PERSON our client is looking for needs to be passionate about technical and able to energise the business to drive quality standards forward - on top of this he is looking for the following: * Strong IT skills * Excellent communicator and trainer * Previous multiple retailer experience is essential * Food Degree or HND
