Guaranteed Supply Teacher Contracts for NQTs and Experienced Teachers - Exclusive work within a Primary School Trust. We are currently working on an exclusive basis with a Primary Schools Trust who would like to build up a base of strong local teachers to provide their long-term and day to day supply cover. We pay the best rates of pay and you will be working locally within these great schools. We have grown substantially through the recommendations of Head Teachers, Business Managers and primary school teachers. We work with our clients in a partnership approach which means we deliver value for money and offer our clients and candidates a range of cost exempt benefits including unrivalled sponsorship and FREE and on going CPD provided by the regions best education training providers. As part of this commitment to quality, we are seeking flexible, hard working and passionate primary school teachers to work on one of our guaranteed pay schemes. We are prepared to offer a guaranteed supply contract to primary trained teachers in the region who are committed to raising the standards of education and have good to outstanding references. We guarantee to find the successful primary school teachers up to 5 days primary teaching work every week. If for what ever reason we do not find you work will pay you anyway. This is an on going contract, for the period of the school year. To apply for this guaranteed pay scheme you must be/have;. o A proven, excellent school practitioner, who has a personality that can fit into the supportive primary schools we work with. o A desire to work on both short and/or long term assignments through our contract, and a willingness and ability to undertake planning, assessment and delivery of good lessons. o An up to date knowledge of the respective areas that you are a specialist in, be that the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
