JOB DESCRIPTION:

KS1 NQT or QTS Teachers required to work in the Kings Heath area both day to day and long term roles available to start as soon as possible. Job *You will hold a Qualified Teaching Status or have completed NQT induction. *Have proven experience teaching the National Curriculum to KS1 years 1 and 2. * Ambitious, highly motivated, dynamic and the willingness to be flexible is essential to the role. *Motivated to ensure pupils progress to their full potential by challenging, supporting and engaging pupils, with a commitment towards raising achievements and standards. *Ability to adapt teaching to enhance student s different abilities and styles whilst still maintaining success rates in raising standards and achievements. Schools *The schools class sizes vary between 1 form entry to 3 form entry. *Many schools we work with request the same Teachers back for continuity, therefore roles can become long term and even permanent. Child *You will be working with children in small groups and also on a one to one basis, alongside leading a small class. *Planning, delivering and marking will be expected when working within the schools. *Attending parent?s evenings and staff meetings will be essential to the role. *May be required at times to work with multi-agencies to ensure children s needs are met to the highest standard.
