JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support Worker | Greater Manchester Randstad Care are a recruitment agency who work on behalf of our clients, assisting them in recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide them with additional care and support within their services which are based across the Manchester area. We are always looking for candidates who wish to work on a contract basis (such as long term contracts, short term contracts, ad hoc and flexible shifts) and offering pay rates between £6.80 per hour to £9.34 per hour for days and £7.25 per to £11.10 per hour for working nights. We provide agency staff to a wide range of services who support adults and older people who may require support with learning/physical disabilities, autism, dementia and many more. We are looking for warm, caring, experienced support workers to provide person centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and to be flexible to work all over the Manchester area. Candidate Requirements: - Must have experience providing personal care, practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other complex needs - Must have the NVQ level 2 in health and social care - adults or children and young people - Maximising service user outcomes by promoting independence and social inclusion. - Must be willing to work on a flexible basis which includes evenings, weekends, sleep-in and waking night shifts this is to ensure you meet the needs of the service. - Experience is essential for our services. You will have a warm, caring nature, and a commitment to making a positive difference in people s lives.
