Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic HR Manager within West Dunbartonshire Council. Leading a strong and award winning team, you will be responsible for the delivery of innovative, people focused and ambitious HR practice across the organisation. We are seeking a positive and proactive individual to join our team. You will work with your peers to deliver exciting change across such diverse areas as transactional HR and payroll, ICT, health, safety and resilience, organisational development and change management and farther afield. Located in the West of Scotland, you will be based in the beautiful burgh of Dumbarton and enjoy access to homeworking plus flexible working practices across many Council sites.
