My client is an established fashion retailer looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to join their successful team. As Store Manager you will: *Ensure the smooth day to day running of the store *Be passionate about driving sales through quality customer service, with the ability to work in a sales targeted environment effectively *Be commercially aware and with the ability to utilise relevant reports to impact sales positively *Manage and motivate a team, remaining focused on staff training and development *Be passionate about your own career progression showing determination to succeed The successful candidate will be an established Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager from a fashion background, used to working in a fast paced environment.
