Required education: Applicants must be a RN (Registered Nurse) and have current NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Experience as a Registered Nurse is desirable however newly qualified nurses will also be considered as we have a robust preceptorship programme in place. Must have excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to be flexible according to the needs of the home. Excellent communication skills are required. All successful candidates must complete an Access NI Enhanced disclosure check due to the nature of the post, to be discussed with the employer.
