Mechanical Services HVAC Site Foreman required for an immediate start on a number of exciting projects with a well:established Company. SALARY: Negotiable + Benefits ** Good rates of pay in accordance with the B and ES National Agreement + allowances ** JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Mechanical Services HVAC Site Foreman that has great team leading / management skills to ensure the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Projects are completed on time and within budget. Working as the Mechanical Services HVAC Site Foreman you will manage a number of high profile prestigious, fast paced retail and leisure projects. As the Mechanical Services HVAC Site Foreman you must be prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday. Current projects cover the Midlands and South England. However, you must be prepared for UK wide travel when required. The Company will provide you with a vehicle. Ideal candidates for the Mechanical Services HVAC Site Foreman position will have a Valid CSCS Card and SSSTS Certification required as a minimum. Gas Safe qualifications would be an advantage.
