Commercial Business Space / Premises Manager (assistant) required. Our client provides suitable rental business space for companies of all sizes and specialties UK wide. With centres comprising office space, warehousing, studios and light industrial units across their portfolio their in house staff includes centre managers, facilities managers, lettings managers, various maintenance staff and admin support. As a result of demand, a position has arisen for an Assistant Premises Manager (centre manager / commercial property manager / estate manager) within one of their London office sites. The successful Assistant Premises Manager will work under the Premises Manager overseeing the entire operation of the office space provided, including viewings, lettings, maintenance, facilities management and service charge budgeting. Suitable premises managers / estate managers / business centre managers will require sound customer service skill, the ability to multi task in a pressurised environment, meet targets and have general commercial or residential property experience pertaining to repairs, facilities and/or lettings and tenant management. As well as experienced commercial premises / business space managers the role might suit an efficient office manager or senior administrator with transferrable skill keen to step up in a commercial property environment.
