JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Shift Leader - Full Time Wage: From £6.70 per/hour One of the most important things that makes Caffè Nero unique is its people. As a Shift Leader, you will work anything from 30 - 35 hours per week so it will be very important that all of the team are able to work flexibly within these hours. You will sometimes be required to work additional hours to provide cover. You will need to enjoy working in a fun, yet demanding and fast paced environment. To succeed in this role, you do not need previous experience but you will need to have: Enjoy coaching and interacting with others Enjoy leading by example and achieving high coffee and service standards Be pro-active in your approach to work and use your initiative each day Be resilient and determined to achieve results in your store Be ambitious and driven to progress your career A good level of spoken English Enjoy making a difference to someone s day Be flexible with your working hours Be a UK Resident - relevant work permits where necessary (evidence will be required) In return, you will receive a full induction on everything from how to make an Espresso through to a decaf soya latte!
