Due to expansion in requirements a Service Desk Supervisor is needed to join their close-knit team. ||Your New Role|| You ll be responsible for a team of 7 first line support technicians. Helping implement a new transformational strategy, you ll be supporting the team in improving SLAs and KPIs. Splitting your time between call handling and overseeing the operations of the desk, you ll have the opportunity to have a tangible impact on the service desk. ||What You ll Need to Succeed|| You will need a strong background in IT Service Desk environments. Your broad knowledge of IT will allow you to have technically intelligent conversations across the organisation whilst your people management skills will enable you to help the team thrive. ||What You ll Get in Return|| A base salary of between £25,000 and £29,000 plus great benefits and a good work/life balance.
