Service Desk Analyst – ITIL/Wintel – North Yorkshire A highly successful organisation require a high calibre Service Desk Analyst to join their growing support team. The Service Desk Analyst will have demonstrable experience working in IT support and have a strong understanding of working to an ITIL methodology. Your duties will include the logging of customer requests, and incidents, providing technical support and solutions, and where appropriate escalating calls to other resolving teams and external suppliers.
