JOB DESCRIPTION:

My Client are looking for a Sales Executive in the Birmingham area. They are a well known sports ground and the successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the revenue margins on non - match day events. Client Details The client are a well known sports ground that host international and national events. They are in a critical time of growth where they have had an internal promotion. The stadium itself has recently undergone masses of renovation work, leaving behind a fantastic working environment. The friendly and enthusiastic workforce make it very easy to integrate into the team. Description As the successful Sales Executive you will be responsible for: - Increasing revenue margins - Up-selling non - Match day events - Generating and converting your own leads - Working with other areas of the organisation You will do this by: - Networking and developing Hot and Cold leads - Working as part of a team to maximise revenue - Listening to customer requirements to provide a bespoke package - Competing with other hospitality venues in Birmingham Profile The successful Sales Executive must: - Have a clear teamwork focus - Have previous experience of corporate hospitality - Be available to work 1 or 2 weekends of the year Job Offer - The salary on offer is £25,000 with a very strong bonus structure - Private health care will also be offered
