JOB DESCRIPTION:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a large Insurance organisation; the role:holder will be responsible for the delivery of second line oversight specifically focussing on key programmes within the organisation currently. The role will act as a Conduit between the Enterprise Risk and Change function in order to ensure that the programme is not impacting the business operations. The role:holder will be required to liaise with senior level stakeholders in order to ensure that they are able to provide a good level of oversight and advise to the Programme Managers. The successful candidate will be experienced within Programme Management but also ideally have undertaken a similar Oversight role previously. You must also have a very solid understanding of Enterprise RIsk specifically with a focus on large:scale programmes. An understanding of the Insurance industry is desirable but other Financial services will also be considered. Knowledge of Agile Methodology is also a nice to have. This is an excellent opportunity to join a organisation currently undergoing extensive transformation which will give the opportunity to work alongside some key stakeholders on very high:profile initiatives currently within the Group.
