UK Experian Decision Analytics (DA) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing and evolving team, to be accountable for the delivery of client facing DA UK implementation projects, across multiple business areas portfolios. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third:party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle in line with the Experian SDLC framework. RESPONSIBILITIES As an experienced PM, you already know that the role involves delivering to a standard methodology, which will encompass understanding client requirements, setting the objectives, defining and implementing the solution, resource management, financial tracking/ management; and managing the plan, risk and issue, as well as stakeholder management (both internally and externally). Therefore, it is worth concentrating on the fact that the key success in the role will be down to building relationships and motivating/ inspiring all of the team members and stakeholders to surpass expectations and deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget. REQUIREMENTS Ideally Degree educated, youll bring a sound knowledge of the entire IT project delivery lifecycle as well as generic development processes. Youll also have experience of managing multiple projects in a commercial environment to multiple clients. You will be customer focused and have strong effective communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues, at all levels of business. You must be able to multitask and thrive in a complex but stimulating environment with the ability to effectively prioritise your work load and demands on your time. You should be confident when it comes to driving change, able to challenge and influence others, resolve conflicts and ensure a happy work environment. Were looking for someone who is self:motivated, motivating, bright and ambitious : youll certainly have outstanding logical, leadership and organisational skills. We are looking for a proven track record in a project management with stakeholder management experience, a Project Management accreditation, such as Prince 2, would be advantageous.
