JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently supporting a leading automotive supplier for a Programme Administrator to support research and administration processes for their Lean Six Sigma processes. The Programme Administrator reports to the Lean Six Sigma Director and is responsible for providing support to the LSS team in relation to researching, developing, administering programmes connected to the ongoing deployment of Lean Six Sigma across the business. General duties include; * Providing a full range of administrative support services the Director and the team as required. * Raising of purchase requisitions and securing safe transit through internal systems to point of sign off or rejection * First point of contact to internal and external parties concerning all LSS related concerns and requirements Programme Research, programme planning, development and Administration * Assist in developing long range plans and preparation of programmes and strategies * Monitor LSS programme and Practioners services to ensure they meet stated goals * Assist with LSS programme evaluation and update on feedback * Collect and analyze information and data for an regular scorecard reports * Prepare action notes, reports and presentations as required * Provide feedback to senior management concerning LSS related issues * Assist in the development of guidelines, training standards and reporting systems * Research funding opportunities within EU and North Africa region including local bodies. * Provide advice on restrictions and benefits from new funding. * Research alternative training options * Monitor budgets internally and those relating to funded programmes. Skills/Qualifications Required: * Graduate or Equivalent * Demonstrated expertise in supporting wide range of administrative support services at Director Level. * Ability to research LSS programmes, funding alternatives and work with teams to roll out opportunities * Ability to generate programme KPIs and provide constructive feedback on programme performance * Expertise in multiple systems e.g. travel systems, purchasing systems * Proven diary management expertise for this position Vicky Lambert on : or Due to the high volumes of applications we are currently receiving, unfortunately we are only able to contact candidates who are successful in progressing to the next stage.
