The Role Due to the exciting growth of the Bradford Distribution Centre the team are recruiting for 4 Process Engineers to join the new automated distribution centre.. This role would suit someone who is currently working in an Industrial Engineer/Process Engineer position within a Logisitics or Manufacturing environment. This is an interesting role that is key to the success of this high profile project. Initially the process engineers with help to design and validate the SOPs for the site through time and motion studies and testing. Working closely with a range of stakeholders the role will be challenging and varied. When the site goes live in spring 2016 you will work with the site leadership team to develop continuous improvement culture and establish a pipeline of initiatives that decrease cost, improve accuracy or increase speed of chain. You will ensure the tracking of initiatives, where required - using Industrial Engineering techniques to validate changes. Person specification You will have proven experience of working within Industrial/Process Engineering within an FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics environment. You will have experience of owning SOP creation and development inline with the sites established governance principals. Experience of creating process flows and running work performance systems is also essential. You should also be able to demonstrate good communication and IT skills.
