The Role To oversee the day to day running of the business delivering excellent standards of customer care. Maintaining the profitability, upkeep and reputation of the business through a motivating an engaged team. Managing relationships with key stakeholders ensuring all parties are satisfied The Client: A stunning country house operation that is popular for its quality food and beverage offering (Multi- award winning) the site holds popular events for several hundred attendees in challenging surroundings adding to the interest and diverse nature of the role. The Essential Skills: You will be an experienced Hotel General Manager from a high quality hotel background that has successful driven accreditation from the major guides. You will still have a passion for customer care and personal hands on approach to ensure your guests have the best possible experience.
