JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operations Lead reporting to Chief of Operations Healthcare Service Provider – Birmingham, UK – occasional travel To around £21,000 may negotiate Our client is a very successful and growing healthcare provider working in the field of providing patient imaging services. Your role will be to work in a team and deliver effective community based diagnostic services to patients and clinical staff around the UK. You will have unsurpassed communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to write and speak fluent English. A full, clean driving licence is also essential. You will be speaking with a number of regional healthcare trusts as well as a number of clinicians so it is of paramount importance that you are able to nurture good business relationships and build long term rapport. Working to Company Operating Procedures you will ensure that clinics are fully resourced in advance and both clinicians and clinical support workers are aware of their work Rota in a timely fashion. You will liaise regularly with regionally based clinical staff and make sure that they have all the information they require to carry out their community based role professionally. Another part of this role is maintaining regular contact with the Healthcare establishments which the company has contracts with – ensuring that the clinics are fully booked ahead of time and appointments correctly structured. You will be managing the first line between the Company and Practice Managers and GPs – you will ensure that Practice Managements and other primary and secondary care staff know who their contact is and how the systems work.
