JOB DESCRIPTION:
Do you want to work for an Award Winning company? Do you have Administration experience within a Logistics environment? We are recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join an Award Winning logistics company, based at their Northampton site. The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for Customer Service and the whole back office duties involved in distribution, for one of the companies key accounts. Responsibilities: · Dealing with outbound operations · Dealing with inbound and outbound calls · Dealing with all the office administration and logistics functions · Data entry and updating the systems and keeping all documentation up to date and organised · Dealing with stock operations · Working to tight deadlines based on distribution deadlines · Dealing with clients and follow up on requests and orders · Coordinating transportation details and advising on any delays or problems that may arise · Reporting and providing the correct documentation for shipment to customers · Liaising between the transport and the customers · Internal and External Customer Service liaison Requirements: · Previous Logistics Administration experience is essential · Excellent Customer Service and Telephone manner is essential · Experience using Microsoft Office · Attention to detail This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/JobSeeking/Logistics-Administrator_job63318697.
