JOB DESCRIPTION:

Learning and Development Designer / Carfinance247 / Training / L&D /Manchester Carfinance247 has quickly established itself as the UK’s No.1 car finance broker. After tripling in size over the last year, we now have 300 employees working from modern office spaces in central Manchester. We are currently looking for an experienced Learning & Development Designer to join the team! The Role: In this varied role you will be responsible for both identifying and catering to the core L&D needs of the business by planning, designing, developing and implementing bespoke learning solutions. These will broach a range of subject matters and include a combination of instructor led programmes and e-learning modules, covering regulatory knowledge and hard and soft skills. You will need to be able to apply creative and innovative design approaches to ensure that once delivered, the programmes will optimise audience engagement and results, and ultimately drive business performance. Additionally, you will administer our businesses learning management system (LMS), including the production of MI, and review and evaluate business wide L&D activities with the aim of ensuring that they add value and benefit to all. You will work closely with the wider L&D team and managers across the business to ensure that key stakeholder input and engagement is maintained at all times. Essential Requirements: - Knowledge and experience of L&D practices, delivery and the L&D cycle - Experience in the design of instructor led, e-learning and blended learning programmes - Experience of conducting TNA, analysing learning needs and objectives and translation into course design - Highly creative design approach - Experience in writing training and assessment content with particular emphasis on online modules via an LMS - Understanding of how to review and evaluate the impact and outcomes of learning Beneficial Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Include: - Ability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications - Ability to create and maximise use of video to enhance the learning experience - High attention to detail - Solution focussed - Be able to effectively multi-task - Good planning and organisational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - A team player who uses their initiative and is proactive - Awareness and understanding of the use of learning management systems What We Can Offer: - A vibrant and high-energy working environment - Opportunity for continuous development and progression within the business - Free fruit and beverages all day - Discounts on lunches It would be great to hear from you!
